Intake February 10th
Breakfast - same as usual.. the best!
Lunch - ww wrap, hummus, avocado, cucumber, tomato, salad, more cucumber and tomato
Snack - grapes, dried figs and almonds and more walnuts
Snack - banana and almond butter
Dinner - cauliflower, broccoli, bulgur and tofu
Dessert - mango and raspberries
Snack - apple
How to make a green smoothie:
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cup frozen mango
a couple handfuls of spinach
ice (if desired)
Add enough water to blend and enjoy, that’s it!
